Synopsis

The Brown’s Creek Watershed is of cultural significance to Okanagan natives, and is a water supplies area. Tolko has a logging permit. The Okanagan Nation Alliance is embroiled in legal suits and counter suit against Tolko - including a short-lived blockade - and the Ministry of Forests. A court date is set for April 9, 2012.
