Synopsis The Capital Regional District is considering the Rural Resource Land Use Bylaw (Bylaw No. 3591) and the Official Community Plan (Bylaw No. 3602) which would reduce allowable lot size in a huge area along the coast from Sooke to Port Renfrew from 120 ha to 2 ha. |
